RARE Louis XIV style side cabinet, ebony veneer and Boulle style marquetry in brass: a well-known and referenced model from the house of BEFORT, with its typical bronze spandrels, the lingotière moulding inlaid in 3 sections on the base, the top with brass fillets and bronze corners, and this magnificent depiction of Ceres in gilt bronze on the door.
